These animals need to be fed, cared for, receive vaccinations, have regular farrier care, veterinary treatment, and regular dental care. All of these costs add up. Volunteering
We are now recruiting volunteers. Currently our volunteer needs are limited to people over the age of 18 with extensive horse experience. This is due to the lack of staff available for supervision. Hopefully down the line we will be able to accomodate people who are just interested in helping out.
We are also looking for an event and fundraising coordinator. Horse experience is not necessary for this volunteer position! Grant writers are also needed.
People who have experience with heavy machinery who would be willing to help out with mowing and farm maintenance are also needed.
